​Registered masters and doctoral students and staff of Stellenbosch University have walk-in access to other South African university libraries provided th​at they have a letter of introduction from their home library.

See provisions in the Memorandum of Understanding of the Committee for Higher Education Librarians of South Africa (CHELSA).

To request a letter of introduction complete the application form and send it by email to one of the following email addresses:
