CD cover of Ancient Egyptian Art

Multimedia CD ROMs are available on request at the information desk on the lower level of the JS Gericke Library. A range of subjects are covered by this medium, e.g. fine arts, history and statistics. The following useful encyclopedias are also available: Compton's Encyclopaedia, Routledge Encyclopedia of Philosophy and World Book Multimedia Encyclopedia.

The World Development Indicators is very popular among students as well as the World Bank Africa Database.

One computer on the lower level is available exclusively for multimedia CD ROMs. Please ask the student assistant or subject librarian on duty for assistance.
