Biblioteekkatalogus opleiding
Die intydse biblioteekkatalogus, Aleph, is onlangs opgradeer en het 'n nuwe voorkoms en verhoogde funksionaliteit. Deurlopende opleidingsessies word in die JS Gericke Biblioteek aangebied om kliënte met die opgedateerde biblioteekkatalogus vertroud te maak. Twee praktiese sessies word op Maandae, Woensdae en Donderdae onderskeidelik in lokaal 2057 aangebied en wel om: 09:00 - 10:00 en 13:00 - 14:00 Die opleidingsessies word beperk tot 10 persone per sessie. Belangstellendes word dus vriendelik versoek om vir hierdie sessies te bespreek. 'n Lêer met die datums en tye vir die opleidingsessies word by die boonste Inligtingsdienspunt gehou. Vul asseblief u naam in by 'n datum wat u pas. Telefoniese besprekings kan ook gedoen word by (021) 808-2486. Let asseblief daarop dat hierdie opleiding basies van aard is. Skakel met u vakbibliotekaris vir intensiewe opleiding of indien u nie die geskeduleerde sessies kan bywoon nie.

*** Library catalogue training
The online library catalogue, Aleph, has recently been upgraded and has a new look and increased functionality. Continuous training sessions are being offered in the JS Gericke Library to familiarise clients with the updated version. Two practical sessions are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in room 2057 at: 09:00 - 10:00 and 13:00 - 14:00. The training sessions are limited to 10 persons per session. You are thus kindly requested to book for these sessions. A file with the dates and times of the training sessions is kept at the Information desk on the upper level. Please enter your name at a date that suits you. You can also book by telephone on (021) 808-2486. Please note that this training is basic in nature. Contact your subject librarian for intensive training or if you cannot attend the scheduled sessions.
