A new strategy is being followed this year to present catalogue training to (especially) students in a customised manner, at a time that is convenient for them, for example when they are coincidentally in the Library .

Between 17 and 21 May a training booth will be set up near the entrance of the JS Gericke Library where clients can report between 08:00 and 16:30 for a training session of approximately 10 minutes every day .

The training is aimed at the mastering of basic search skills like finding books and journals in the library catalogue, doing keyword searches and refining search results.
