Directory of Open Access Journals
The Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) is a database maintained by Lund University, which lists open access journal titles. This is the most comprehensive and trusted list of Open Access journal titles.

JANE
The Journal/Author Name Estimator provides guidance to authors to decide on which journal title to publish with, assist with finding relevant citations applicable to their papers, and also assist editors of journal titles to find appropriate reviewers.

JISC

Journal Citation Reports - ISI (for impact factors)
Establish the Thomson Reuters impact factor of a journal title. To have a journal impact factor assigned to a journal, please follow the documented procedure.

SHERPA RoMEO
SHERPA RoMEO is a database containing publisher policies on archiving research papers in institutional repositories. Also visit home pages of publishers for updated policies on archiving research papers in institutional repositories, or contact the publisher directly.

SPARC Addendum
Agreement between authors and publishers on rights to publish. A legal instrument that modifies the publisher’s agreement and allows the author to keep key rights to their articles.
