Training sessions in the use of library resources are provided to postgraduate student.
Request a training session from, Henriëtte Swart and Judy Williams for:
hands-on training in finding literature on a specific topic;
training in the use of specific information tools, such as MarketLine and RefWorks.
On campus and off-campus access
Visit the library online from elswhere on campus, or off-campus by signing in with your own SU campus Username and Password.

For group discussions and break-away sessions book a room here.
Document delivery for off-campus student
The library does not dispatch books to clients. Students have to arrange with a courier service to collect the books at USBI (for their own account).

Use the interlibrary loan request service to locate a document/reference not available in any of the libraries of the SU Library and Information Service.
Recommend new books
Assist the library in building a dynamic collection by recommending a new book title and send this to Henriëtte Swart.
Postgraduate students and staff of SU are automatically members of all libraries of the SU Library and Information Service. Physical access to these libraries and lending privileges are allowd by means of a SU student or staff card.
Loans: 15 books for 4 weeks. Two renewals are allowed per item. However, if an item has been reserved by another client no renewals will be allowed.
Loan period for short loans: overnight or over a weekend.
