The Medicine & Health Sciences Library collection:

Supports teaching, research and community service associated with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Covers medicine and health sciences disciplines including the paramedical fields of physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech, language and hearing therapy.
Collection development relies on close and continuous cooperation between faculty members and faculty librarians, and the library strives to build and maintain a dynamic collection of resources.

18 000 books in print, 55 700 bound journal volumes, 142 current journal titles in print and more than 5 400 electronic journals - the library's journals list (172 kb, pdf) includes the single e-journal subscriptions and journals in print;
a large variety of health sciences databases, such as The Cochrane Library, UpToDate, Scopus,
Web of Science, MDConsult, Access Medicine, Access Physiotherapy and more;
DVDs, CDs & video's with listening and viewing facilities.
