The Library and Information Service takes great pleasure in inviting you to an Open Access seminar. This precursor seminar to the Berlin 10 Open Access Conference to be held at Stellenbosch University will engage in discourse on new trends in the Open Access movement. Further, there will be discussion at this seminar on the role of open access as alluded to in the new green paper on higher education.

The speakers at this seminar are:

- Ms Eve Gray (Honorary Research Associate Centre for Educational Technology, University of Cape Town)
- Professor JH van Wyk (Department of Botany and Zoology, Stellenbosch University)
